These Terms of Service govern your use of CoinPilotX, the website, Telegram bot, subscriptions, AI features, blockchain intelligence tools, Sports Edge features, and related services operated by CoinPilotXAI Inc.

Educational Intelligence Only

CoinPilotXAI Inc. provides educational AI intelligence only and does not provide financial, betting, investment, or legal advice. CoinPilotX content is for informational and educational purposes only.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

CoinPilotX may provide market context, risk analysis, wallet checks, scam warnings, sports context, portfolio scenarios, and AI explanations. CoinPilotXAI Inc. does not guarantee profits, trading outcomes, betting outcomes, investment results, wallet safety, market accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, accounts, wallets, trades, bets, subscriptions, taxes, legal compliance, and risk management. You should not risk money you cannot afford to lose. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Account Responsibilities

If you create a CoinPilotX account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, using accurate contact information, and promptly updating your account if your email, phone number, Telegram account, or subscription details change. Do not share your password or account access with others.

Wallet and Security Rules

CoinPilotXAI Inc. never asks for seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or remote wallet access. You may only submit public wallet addresses or public transaction IDs when using wallet and transaction tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse CoinPilotX, attack the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, submit illegal content, use the service to commit fraud, harass others, violate third-party rights, or attempt to bypass subscription/payment systems.

Subscriptions and Payments

CoinPilotX Pro may be offered as a paid subscription or BTC payment option. Prices may include $14.99/month by card or a stated BTC amount where available. Card payments are processed through Stripe. BTC payments require transaction verification before Pro activation. CoinPilotXAI Inc. will not claim a payment is verified until validation succeeds. Pro access may be tied to your website account, Telegram-linked account, payment status, and subscription status.

Refunds and Billing Support

For payment or subscription questions, contact support@coinpilotx.app. Include your Telegram username or payment reference when available. Refund eligibility may depend on payment method, service usage, fraud prevention, and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

CoinPilotX, the website, bot flows, copy, visuals, software, interface elements, and original content are owned by or licensed to CoinPilotXAI Inc. You may not copy, resell, or misuse CoinPilotX materials without permission.

Third-Party Services and Data

CoinPilotX may use third-party providers for hosting, Telegram, payments, blockchain data, market data, sports data, analytics, email, and AI infrastructure. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinPilotXAI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, trading, betting, investment, wallet, data, or profit/loss damages arising from use of CoinPilotX.

Termination

CoinPilotXAI Inc. may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, abuse payments, or use CoinPilotX unlawfully.

Changes to Terms

CoinPilotXAI Inc. may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of CoinPilotX after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. A final governing law and venue may be specified by CoinPilotXAI Inc. as business operations mature.
