This Privacy Policy explains how CoinPilotXAI Inc. collects, uses, and protects information when you use CoinPilotX, the CoinPilotX website, Telegram bot, and related services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use CoinPilotX, we may collect:

  • Telegram user ID, username, display name, and bot interaction history needed to operate the service.
  • Email address if you choose to provide it for payment confirmations or account notifications.
  • Name, phone number, country, and separate email/SMS marketing consent choices if you submit a website update form.
  • Account registration information such as name, email, hashed password, phone, country, account settings, login timestamps, plan, subscription status, and Telegram connection status.
  • Subscription, payment status, Stripe session references, BTC TXID references, and verification attempts.
  • Public wallet addresses, public transaction IDs, watchlists, portfolio entries, and manual balance settings you choose to submit.
  • Website usage events such as page views, button clicks, CTA clicks, scroll depth, time on page, referral source, UTM campaign parameters, device type, browser type, anonymous session ID, and hashed IP-derived security information.

Cookies, Sessions, and Analytics

The website may use basic cookies, browser storage, anonymous session IDs, server logs, or analytics tools to understand site performance, live visitor activity, product interest, and conversion flow. Analytics are intended for product improvement and should not include private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or sensitive financial credentials.

CoinPilotXAI Inc. may record events such as page views, Telegram clicks, pricing clicks, Pro upgrade clicks, Day Signal clicks, AI Assistant clicks, Sports Edge clicks, support clicks, scroll depth, time on page, device type, browser type, referral source, and UTM campaign parameters.

Email and SMS Marketing

If you submit an update form, email marketing consent and SMS marketing consent are separate choices. SMS consent is optional and requires a phone number. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option when available or by contacting support. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP where supported or by contacting support.

We use submitted contact information only for the consented purpose, account/security notices, support, and future product updates if enabled. CoinPilotXAI Inc. does not collect phone numbers or email addresses for marketing without consent.

Telegram Integration

CoinPilotX operates through Telegram. Telegram may process information under its own privacy practices. CoinPilotXAI Inc. uses Telegram information only to operate bot commands, account status, subscriptions, alerts, and user-requested intelligence features.

If you choose to connect Telegram to your website account, CoinPilotXAI Inc. stores your Telegram user ID, username, and chat ID so the bot can show your own account status, plan, subscription state, and preferences. The bot does not allow account lookup by email and does not ask for website passwords inside Telegram.

Public Blockchain Data

CoinPilotX may analyze public blockchain data such as public wallet addresses and transaction IDs. Public blockchain data is not private. Never submit seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or signing credentials.

How We Use Information

  • To operate CoinPilotX bot commands, AI assistant features, market intelligence, wallet checks, scam protection, and portfolio tools.
  • To create and secure user accounts, process logins, password resets, website account settings, and Telegram account linking.
  • To manage subscriptions, Pro access, BTC payment verification, and payment confirmations.
  • To improve reliability, safety, product quality, and customer support.
  • To measure website performance, understand feature interest, and improve onboarding while avoiding sensitive wallet credential collection.
  • To send promotional email or SMS updates only when you have opted in to that channel.
  • To detect abuse, protect users, and maintain service security.

Security Practices

CoinPilotXAI Inc. uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for stored data. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not plain text. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. CoinPilotXAI Inc. will never ask for seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or remote wallet access.

Sharing of Information

We may use service providers such as hosting, payment, email, analytics, Telegram, blockchain data providers, and AI infrastructure providers to operate CoinPilotX. We do not sell private user information.

Data Choices

You may contact support to request help with account information, marketing opt-outs, email updates, SMS opt-outs, data access, or data deletion requests. Some operational records may be retained for security, legal, accounting, payment, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Children

CoinPilotX is not intended for children. Users should comply with applicable age, financial, crypto, and betting laws in their location.
